Why $200 billion? That’s the supplemental costs of the two wars with which the Bush administration has not gotten the 9/11 terrorists.
Do we require the US Armed Forces as well? No. Their overhead, upkeep, maintainance and improvement are not included in the $200 billion. The United States can keep it’s army, navy, air force and marines for whatever other purposes it requires.
The Rules: There are none. We can kill, kidnap, torture, bribe, seduce, blackmail and devastate anyone we want. These will not be counted as either common crimes or war crimes.
How can we do it? When the Bush Administration can’t? Low overhead means greater value. And because we believe that for $200 billion anybody should be able to get anybody. If they want to.
